Very
fancy c.1900 soft linen trousseau gown embellished with floral
lace inserts and peach ribbon that peeks through beneath flowers of
lace. The short sleeves of 6 horizontal rows of lace. A ribbon adjusts
the neckline. It was carefully stored in a trunk in the attic of a
Greek Revival home in Perry, Ga. Up to 46" bust, 16" across

Edwardian
peignoir has elaborate embroidery and cutwork that almost covers
the front, also on the collar which has scallops and scallops continue
all the way to hemline. Two large pockets in front, wide sleeve cuffs.
The same work on the overlapping back collar. There are eyelets in back
for ribbon, if desired. A couple of tiny old mends that aren't
noticeable. Deep wide hemline. The back has center gathers beneath the

1920's
boudoir finery! The palest green silk and ecru lace peignoir and
matching original lace and silk hat. The peignoir has scooped neckline,
large "batwing" type sleeves that drop off the shoulders and about
elbow length there is ecru lace embellishment to elbows and then the
wide lace flows almost to hemline with tiny green balls on the edges of
the lace where it points at the edges. A large ruffled green silk
rosette and 2 below waist and one at right hip. Would fit several sizes
due to the very full cut. Originally part of a wedding trousseau of a
prominent Sherman,Tx lady. The condition is good , a few pinholes, but
not bad. The hat has 2 holes in back near neck about the size of a

filmy, elegant, cream silk kimono embroidered with colorful
bouquets of pink, blue and green florals scattered all over this
luxurious garment! 42-42-an 42" length could be worn by several
sizes. The full, billowy sleeves allow for more fullness. Has belt
attached at center back to wear belted or loosely. Excellent condition.

The
prettiest French Edwardian wedding petticoat that I have seen.
Cream satin upper 21" and 19" of pale ecru french lace fully gathered flounce at lower area. The lace flounce has an underflounce of cream chiffon. Eight rosettes of alternating pink and blue over bronze metallic lace are attached at the top of the lace with elegant cream ruched satin draped around them and draping into 8 deep swags that hang loosely over the lace. This gorgeous petticoat is gathered around the back opening that fastens with a single h/e. 1860's
era very fancy petticoat and matching bloomers are just
gorgeous and in very good condition. The upper area of the petticoat has tucks and beige ribbon in the eyelets. The lower area has 12" of tucks and knitted lace. 25" waist both petticoat and bloomers. The petticoat is 37" long and bloomers are 24" long. Bloomers have 9" of lace and tucks and the beige ribbon in the eyelets.Each leg circumference is 32".Petticoat has 2 minor old mends and bloomers have a tiny lt. stain. trousseau, c.1900. consists of petticoat, pantaloons and slip or
gown, all with very ornate lace.
The petticoat has 15" of intricate crochet and tucks on the lower area. This is very full and has a liner underneath the flounce with eyelet .The hemline is scalloped.edging.. Full gathers in back. Very good condition, 2 or 3 very lt. stains at waistband. 25" waist, 39" long. Pantaloons that
match the petticoat are 29" long with the scalloped hemline and 12"
deep of the handwork on the legs.

most exquisite handkerchief linen petticoat or skirt in
excellent condition. The white-on-white delicate embroidery florals lavishly surround the lower area, one in center front and two in back are 11" deep and three more are 4 &1/2" deep. At the hemline, 1 1/2' wide scalloped irish crochet. The drawstring back of the skirt waist has 18 tiny tucks, (9 on each side of the opening). The waist is 26", length is 33".
