1860's era soft beige wool challis cloak. 7 black buttons and loops surround the
high neck and 4 buttons and loops on each side of the cloak. It is unlined.
Good and wearable condition. Lightly soiled.
(The lace at the lower area is not part of the cloak)

Early 1900's black cotton lace in a floral leaf pattern over lavender polished cotton.
The lavender background shows beautifully and colorful under the floral lace.
Hook and eye closures down front of bodice. The long sleeves have bow and lace ruffle
at wrist. Lace tucks of silk on lower skirt. The skirt lining is tan polished cotton and the
stayed bodice has a gray cotton print lining. 32 bust, 25 waist, 12" across shoulders.
The bodice length is 18", 37" skirt length in front and 39" in back.
Very good condition and very nice color combination.

Beautiful Victorian teal silk faille bodice has extremely wide lace collar that falls over
the fully gathered sleeves. The high neck has 2 rows of velvet with ecru lace puffs on
the back of the neck. The velvet is repeated on the sleeves. This longer length bodice is
lined with teal silk. 32" bust, 22" waist, 11 1/2" across shoulders. excellent condition.

	Black battenberg lace dress, lots of detail. Irish crochet type lace adorns the high neck and yoke. Long sleeves of tulle with 3/4 sleeves overlay of lace.Attached belt of silk. 5 stays in bodice of cotton lining which is age stained. The black silk bodice lining under the lace is splitting and eventually should be removed or replaced. 	This 'teens era dress has so much unique detailing. The attached bolero fits over the net bodice and is cut to reveal five rows of beige lace that is part of the net underneath. The sleeves are 3/4 length, the belt doubles around waist and ties in front. A long satin streamer goes over each shoulder and hangs loosely in back on each side with buttons on the ends of each one. Notice on the close-up how the skirt detail has a covered button (7on each side) that holds each loop in place. The peach fabric appears to be softly textured silk and has wide stripes that alternate from a light color to a deeper shade. The condition is very good and wearable with a couple of old mended areas on the seams of the vest and a few tiny scattered holes that are not very noticeable. 33" bust, 25" waist, 13" across shoulders and 51" long. 	White Edwardian dress , scooped neckline, heavy white-on-white floral embroidery on the bodice. The elbow length sleeves are flared and the shoulders are undefined, just drop shoulders. 	Late 1880's black and silver striped day or visiting bustle gown of silk. High split neck, black lace flounced over the shoulders of the gathered bodice. The black lace comes to a point in front and back accenting the waistline. The black lace is also seen on the sleeve cuffs. Large bows of the black and silver fabric sit on the shoulders. The cotton lining has 12 stays. The skirt has wide pleats in front and in back, allowing for a bustle. A wide ruffle at lower skirt area. 36" bust, 27" waist, 13" across shoulders. This lovely and well detailed dress has some splitting of the silk, I noticed only one small split in the bodice, but the skirt has several, but still intact. Would be best for display or for study. 	1918-20 elegant chantilly lace evening dress has tiny shimmery sparkles over the black lace, especially lovely in the light. Original black satin slip underneath. Square neck, short sleeves. The satin underslip is slightly revealed at hemline under the lace. The bodice has a draped effect in back. The shoulder straps, lower part of sleeves and waistline reveal more of the black satin. 38" bust, 32" waist, 13" across shoulders, 43" long. 	1918 cream lace and silk, lace yoke and sleeves which are open at shoulders and attached with cream ribbon. Long waist has cummerbun attached waist band that has groups of narrow ribbon and wired flowers on the left side The skirt has alternating horizontal rows of silk and lace. Snap closures in back and fanciful ribbon bows at back of waist with snaps hidden underneath. Silk skirt and bodice lining in good condition. 	Laces run vertically and horizontally on this batiste tea gown. It is amazing how many various embellishments decorate Edwardian dresses, yet all different. This one is extra fancy with 3/4 sleeves that have tucks and lace as well as the top and skirt.There is added fullness at the top from below pin tucks to the lace waistline. The skirt, just below hipline, has gathers for more flair and elegance to the lower area. 	Early 1900 dress of soft dotted swiss type fabric displays 2 panels of whitework and embroidery on bodice with v shape horizontal tucks in the center, repeated in back. A wide tuck on each shoulder, elbow length sleeves. The ornate panels join together on the skirt to from one wide panel to hemline, also seen at the waist, lower area of skirt and sleeve cuffs. 	It is amazing how many varied designs are seen in these tea/lingerie dresses. This lovely example is princess style in front with fitted waist in back and on sides. Vertical rows of lace and eyelet insertions to knee length, then horizontally placed in the area just above the very full and deep flounce which has horizontal inserts. The high collar is edged with lace, also the long sleeves that have points at wrists The back of the dress and the sleeves are equally as elaborate as the front. 	Fancy, elegant 2-pc. Edwardian era gown has high neck and yoke of lace, wide lace sleeve cuffs. Tiny tucks below the lace yoke front and back, creating fullness in bust area. The fully cut sleeves are cut inward, making the shoulders appear smaller, altho there is room in the gathered sleeve fullness. The cream silk belt has a bow and long streamers. 	Pristine white Edwardian linen dress would best fit a tall, slender person. this exquisite dress has irish crochet yoke and high neck with roses and this is surrouonded with multiple small roses. The bodice is heavily textured with floral whitework. The 3/4 sleeves have irish crochet trim. The heavily textured embroidery is repeated on the A line skirt, not only in front, but also in back.Four crochet buttons placed asymetrically on left side front and 3 in back. 	c.1900 beige suit in a heavy corded fabric has cream satin high neck and yoke, scalloped velvet below the satin that goes over the shoulders and in back. A corded soutache trim outlines the high neck and scalloped velvet, the flared cuffs of long sleeves and 4 double rows on the skirt, ending in a bow motif at the end of the soutache just below knee length. There are 4 areas of the bow motifs surrounding the skirt. The skirt is lined with a lovely lavender polished cotton in very good condition. a velvet dust protector under the hem.The bodice is pointed in center back over pleats on the back of skirt. Very strong, sturdy condition. The satin yoke has been replaced The velvet trim has some scattered minor age spots. There are multiple h/e closures on bodice and 11 stays. The bodice is lined with black cotton. This was originally a wedding dress from 1900. Picture included. The skirt has a light stain and a few minor age spots. 	1914 cream silk crepe has large collar, lace inset at collar, attached wide belt. Accordian pleats trim the collar, belt, sleeves and 2 rows on skirt, the skirt has pleats all around. The length is 48" from shoulder to hem, 27 waist, 36 bust, 26 sleeve length, 15" across back (also 4 pleats for added fullness).
